Home Service Customers
For your peace of mind, any Helpdesk IT technician visiting your premises has been either CRB or Disclosure Scotland criminal record checked and will carry the relevant certificate to be produced on request.
There are no call-out charges for visits to premises within our Bracknell service area during normal business hours. Customers outside this area may be charged a fee to cover fuel costs and travelling time.
Business Hours
08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 to 14:00 Saturday
You can submit a no-obligation support request or enquiry at any time using our online ticketing system.
- Once we have received your support request or enquiry, we will contact you for further information then provide an estimate for the work required.
- This estimate will be for the maximum that you would pay.
- If you are happy to proceed we will then make an appointment to visit you at a convenient time.
Business Service Customers
We are happy to quote for support services on a per incident basis or under a fixed term service agreement.
For per incident support, our business hours and area of coverage are the same as detailed for Home Service customers above.
Business customers with a service agreement will have a flexible response and call-out service, remote desktop support, dedicated helpline number and call logging facility.
